1. When will my order be shipped?


Orders made will be dispatched in 2 business days.

2. Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse here in Hong Kong.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Sorry! Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. Stay tuned for more updates!

4. How do I track my package delivery status?

We’ll be working with a third-party courier fulfilment company. However, you will not be able to track your delivery status when in transit.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer standard free shipping to Hong Kong service for orders 300HKD and above.

Free shipping to Macau for orders 600HKD and above


6. Can I exchange or return items?

No, we do not allow exchange or accept return items unless there is a manufacturing defect. Kindly email to cs@plu.hk to notify us.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Request for cancellation of orders are not allowed.

8. Can I still amend my order after placing the order?

We are afraid that we do not allow changes to be made to your order once it has been placed.

9. How long does the delivery take?


Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
